Want thin/strong interior walls, NON-load-bearing, that are easy to screw things into. What do you think about:

13mm plasterboard -- 12mm plywood -- 45x45 -- 12mm plywood -- 13mm plasterboard

Instead of for example:

13mm plasterboard -- 45x70 --13mm plasterboard

A 45 beam does not provide a stable and steady wall at all, unfortunately.

I would go with 13mm plasterboard (some are 12.5mm) - K-Plywood 12 mm - 45x70 beam (with insulation, like piano sound board) - K-Plywood 12 mm - 13 mm Plasterboard.

But to keep these thin, of course, it is possible to use a 45 beam, but these will probably sway a bit in any case. Remember to stagger the plywood on the opposite side - i.e., offset half the board to the other side to get a significantly more stable wall. Same with plasterboard, offset the joint to the plywood, if you started with a whole plywood, start with a half plasterboard on the same side.
90 boards are easy to work with, so you mount on 45cc, still recommend insulation.

My opinion, in any case!
 
I have 13mm plasterboard, 12mm chipboard, 45x45 stud, 12mm chipboard, 13mm plasterboard and no one is going to budge that wall. The wall is approximately 5 meters long and also has an 80 cm sliding door in it...

Yes, 45x45 is more than enough, just make sure to kottla so it will be stable and won't wobble.
 
I stand corrected - I consider it to be weak, but that's my opinion. However, I have a tendency to over-dimension most things.
 
How much does ceiling height matter? Does 45mm work just as well if you have 4m in ceiling height as if you have 2m?
 
If it is really critical to obtain both a stable and thin inner wall, I would proceed as follows:

45 x 45 metal track on the floor and ceiling,

45 x 45 wooden studs on 300 cc

The aforementioned 45 x 45 studs are covered with a metal track which is glued (e.g., PL 400) and screwed to the studs

Glue and screw, for example, 12 mm plywood or OSB mounted lengthwise to the studs (use wood glue on the wood side - if OSB is used, it must be sanded where the glue is to be placed - and on metal, e.g., PL 400) with staggered joints

Screw standard drywall lengthwise with staggered joints.

An alternative that I have never considered myself but have never tested is to use fiberglass gypsum and then skip the backing board.
