Interior wall with door and insulation

I am new to the world of construction projects and planned to hire craftsmen for the first time (in Stockholm). We want to put up an interior wall with a door and insulation and asked several different construction companies with good reviews what it would cost to do the following:

● Purchase and transport of materials
● Build an approximately 3.5m wide x 2.5m high interior wall with plywood and insulation, with an opening for a door
● Install a door (a solid wood door, e.g., Swedoor Craft 03)
● Install baseboards (oak to match the rest of the apartment)
● Spackle the wall
● Paint the wall
● No electrical work needed

For this, we have received five quotes ranging from 30,000 kr to 40,000 kr. Is that roughly what you would expect for this? Want to get a sanity check before I proceed with anything.

Around 20k maybe? But it might be me imagining that it would cost less than this. That's why I want to hear what others think.

● Install floor skirting (oak to match the rest of the apartment)
● Spackle the wall
● Paint the wall
● No electrical work needed

For this, we received five quotes ranging from 30,000 SEK to 40,000 SEK, which to me sounds like a lot for an interior wall with a door, even though we asked for a bit more than usual with a solid door and some insulation.

Our options now as I see them are:
1. Cough up 30k (but maybe paint ourselves to bring the cost down a bit that way)
2. Do it yourself (I've never done anything like this before, have no experience in construction at all)
3. Hire someone with experience in wall construction from something like Taskrunner and assist during the process

What do you think I should do?

Decide for yourself, I would say. 30-40 000 doesn't sound unreasonable.

Just the door costs 3.4 kkr, so 20 kkr sounds very optimistic.
