Interior wall framed in 45x45?

I'm going to put up an interior wall in the garage between the garage and storage area, not load-bearing!

Now I have "lots" of 45x45 left from the cross-bracing and am considering making the wall with these. It will be OSB and drywall on both sides. Is this sufficient? If not?

It works fine for a garage/storage, I would say! In a house, it's usually thought that it should be 70mm to provide sufficient stability, but with plasterboard and OSB, the question is whether 45mm might also work there...

if you are worried put on double 45s

Works great, especially with osb and plasterboard on both sides. More wobbly than with 45x70, but completely acceptable. There's a wall in the kids' room with 45x45 with osb and plasterboard, they haven't managed to tear it down yet

Drive cc45 or drive with double 45x45.

It's probably fine to use cc 45 and plyfa/OSB+gypsum, if they haven't already become so warped, which they tend to do.
