I am planning to build an internal wall. I have a limitation in thickness so I need to stick to 45x45 studs and a layer of 13 mm plasterboard. I was thinking of using cc45 because that's what it states on Beijer's DIY page, but the insulation boards seem to be adapted for cc60. Is it okay to use cc60 despite the flimsy studs? I'm also dreading hauling 120cm plasterboards to the third floor, which is another reason why I want cc45.

Rule cc45, pretty sure there's insulation for that. Otherwise, just cut boards intended for 60cc.
 
Space cc 30 and use 90-plasterboards, then it will be fine. Just cut the insulation boards, it's not complicated. I myself spaced cc60 on a wall with 45x45 due to space constraints...in hindsight, it feels a bit too flimsy, though I have OSB underneath on both sides, so with the plasterboard on it should be okay. With just plasterboard, I would have placed it as tight as possible! I can also recommend using 45x95 studs and placing them instead of 45x45 (On the side, so it becomes 45mm thick...) it will be stiffer than just 45x45.

Even if there is insulation, it might be good to use 45x95 studding on the side. But then I'll stick to cc45 so I don't have to screw and plaster to death. I'll just cut the insulation. If I don't get any objections to that, I'll go ahead... =)
 
There are fiber-plasterboards that are stronger than regular plasterboard. (e.g., you can mount equally heavy items as with regular chipboard) They should also be stiffer than regular plasterboard, but I haven't tried them myself yet, so I can't comment on how they feel in reality... -Search for e.g., Fermacell / Xella (Danish, sold at bolist, bygghemma.se, among others.)

No objections:-) But if you go with that option, you don't have to be so precise with the center distance either...you have 95mm to join instead of 45mm:-)
