Considering installing paneling on the entire ground floor of a small townhouse. Afraid it won't suit smaller rooms. All example images of paneling are from gigantic rooms.
So I'm requesting images from smaller houses with paneling.
I don't have many overall pictures, but a few, and some viewpoints. We built a house in 2010 and installed horizontal paneling on all the interior walls except in the wet rooms, of course. Something like this: But we white-waxed it first as much as we could, which unfortunately didn't cover everything... Some pictures: First the white wax: And then a few pictures of the walls: Kitchen: A guest room: A bedroom "in progress": And the living room, where we didn't manage to white-wax before installing: And the kitchen/kitchen peninsula again: A major advantage of this type of panel wall: you can hang pictures and other items anywhere without leaving visible marks on the wall. A small nail hole in the joint between two panels is not visible!
