Considering installing paneling on the entire ground floor of a small townhouse. Afraid it won't suit smaller rooms. All example images of paneling are from gigantic rooms.
So I'm requesting images from smaller houses with paneling.

Don't have any pictures, but in small rooms, e.g. bedrooms, it can also look nice to have just one wall with paneling instead of all walls.

I've been thinking along those lines too. It's the living room and hallway that need to be done in my case. I'll have to think about it some more.

I don't have many overall pictures, but a few, and some viewpoints. We built a house in 2010 and installed horizontal paneling on all the interior walls except in the wet rooms, of course. Something like this: 7040438185729 But we white-waxed it first as much as we could, which unfortunately didn't cover everything... Some pictures: First the white wax: Container of Osmo Hardwax-Oil for wood surfaces, labeled in German with features like high solid, transparent color, and interior use suitability. And then a few pictures of the walls: Kitchen: Kitchen with horizontal beadboard paneling, white countertops, stainless steel sink, and potted plants by the window. A guest room: Window in a wooden paneled wall with a potted plant on the sill and hanging lights reflected in the glass at night. A bedroom "in progress": Wooden paneled bedroom interior with a partially unfinished ceiling and a black window blind. A small wall shelf holds items near the bed. And the living room, where we didn't manage to white-wax before installing: A cat sitting on top of a tiled stove inside a living room with wooden wall panels. And the kitchen/kitchen peninsula again: Modern kitchen with light wood cabinets, white walls, and a wooden island counter. Hanging pans, potted plants by the window, and a calendar on the wall. A major advantage of this type of panel wall: you can hang pictures and other items anywhere without leaving visible marks on the wall. A small nail hole in the joint between two panels is not visible!
