Insulated the storage, now to buy a heater.
I am finally done with the insulation of the storage room.
The storage room is 9 square meters and I have installed 90mm of insulation wool in the walls and 120mm in the ceiling, then added age-resistant plastic and OSB boards.
A moisture gap is also made in the ceiling.
Now I have mounted all the shelves, and now it's just a matter of it handling the heat.
The idea is that over the winter I should be able to store things such as shoes, various binders with papers, jackets, paint, etc. I need to get some type of heater in there but my knowledge in this area is non-existent.
I quickly looked at Biltema and found this for 499kr (the top one).

It seems like you can set a minimum temperature so that if it goes below, for example, -5 it kicks in, and while it's warm enough anyway it doesn't need to work at all.
Will it manage to keep the heat in the storage room?
Next question: What minimum temperature do I need to maintain to meet my needs?

The element you link to has an electronic thermostat. That is the most important thing. To maintain 20 degrees in a room, 70W/m² is usually recommended. By that standard, you should have the 700W element two rows down. If you do not need to maintain 20 degrees and just need to keep it frost-free, the smallest one will likely suffice.
Of the items you mentioned, I would say that paint is the only thing that must be kept frost-free. +5 degrees is sufficient. I wouldn't hesitate to store the rest in an unheated storage. Some people tend to protest and say that if the house is entirely in the shade a few meters from the water on the west coast, everything will mold if the heat isn't on, but my experience is that it's perfectly fine to store paper, shoes, and textiles in unheated storage.

I think it will work excellently. However, I would have done it differently myself. I would try to place the paint cans somewhere else and let the clothes and papers be without any heat at all. If I had decided to heat the storage anyway, I would choose the 700W heater. There isn't much difference in price, and you have resources if you ever want it warmer than frost-free there.

Also, keep in mind that it is 5 degrees at the radiator. Against an exterior wall on the other side, it can be significantly colder, so don't place any frost-sensitive paint too far from the radiator if you're only set to 5 degrees.

However, I am a bit unsure about the measurement between the shelves, the risk is that it's only 40-50 cm, and then only the 400W fits in.
The heater might need a few centimeters of air above it?
I am also thinking about where in the storage it would be most strategic to place it?
In a corner or in the middle, long side or short side?
On the floor, at the top, or in the middle (height-wise).

Oil-filled radiators are generally larger than non-oil-filled ones with the same output. If space is limited, it might be better to choose one without oil. All radiators should have air around them.
I find that radiators usually maintain the room temperature very precisely regardless of the outdoor temperature. However, you can't rely on the scale. Hang a thermometer in the storage room far from the radiator and set the radiator's thermostat to achieve 5 degrees. Or, if you're the worried type, set it to 10 degrees.
