I am planning to insulate the vacation home I am building. It will be heated only periodically, and I am aware that plastic should not be part of the wall construction in such cases. But can I use moisture barrier paper/windproof paper both on the inside and outside of the insulation? Someone recommended windproof foil on the outside, but what is the difference? The paper is cheaper.
