Insulate garage before outer paneling

Hello!
I am in the process of building a garage and only have trim and paneling for half of the garage left on the exterior. However, I have a special panel on the garage (300mm glued laminated panel) that had about a 6-week delivery time, so I had to order more.
What do you think? I have wind barrier and battens up now on the part that lacks paneling and would like to start with insulation/vapor barrier/ceiling joists inside, but will the insulation be damaged if it rains on the wind barrier and absorbs water?
Thanks in advance!

Njaa, from the outside, it doesn't let water/moisture through so easily. The outside of the cloth is coated with a layer of plastic that stops water droplets, but not water vapor since it is perforated.L Lolight said:

Okay, that's what I suspected, that it allows some moisture to pass through. I thought that the air gap might be enough to dry out slightly damp insulation, but it's just stupid to take a chance. Then I think I'll wait on the panel, so I can still finish before springTomture61 said:
