Installing electric underfloor heating and screed... which tradesperson?

I am going to install underfloor heating and apply self-leveling compound in an 8 sqm hallway.
I'm a bit unsure about what type of company I should hire to get a complete solution.
The underfloor heating involves an electrician, and the leveling needs a type of mason.

Should I call a mason and see if he has contacts with electricians or vice versa?

It is probably more likely that the bricklayer (or regular builder) has contacts with an electrician than vice versa...

as I have learned, in your case it is the bricklayer who has contact with the electrician.
