Hi!
We are planning a new build (stone house). I have read some discussions here on the forums where people have built with prefabricated wall elements, sandwich constructions with concrete + foam insulation + gypsum.
How do you handle the installation of wiring in the walls (electrical conduits, boxes, etc.)? Do you design these when ordering, or do you install them on site afterwards?
Can you run water and similar through the walls?

We will build with the concrete elements.

The concrete walls come ready with concrete, insulation, and paneling. Without the drywall on.

Load-bearing interior walls come with drywall on only one side.

This is precisely to be able to run all the pipes before attaching the drywall.

A specially reinforced foundation is made for these walls.

You can see what the foundation looks like on our website.

Okay, that sounds logical. Thanks for the help!
