I am going to install a new staircase to the upper floor and at the same time lay parquet on the lower floor where the staircase is. Should I lay the floor first and place the staircase on the floor, or should the staircase come first and then lay the floor around the staircase? :S :)

The floor first.

Suspected that, but what if I decide to change the floor in 5 years then? :P

Isn't there a greater risk of squeaking in the stairs if they rest on a floor instead of being more securely attached to a concrete slab or the house frame?

Exactly my thought as well, there should be a risk of creaking. Moreover, if there is a heavy staircase on the floor, it should affect the floor's ability to move. Laying the floor with a movement allowance against the staircase and then a neat trim to cover the gap against the staircase should be better.

:wow: Cross that bridge when you come to it. :D

No worries, just lift the staircase a bit so you can remove the floor and slide the new one underneath. The risk of creaking is minimal and the floor can move.

OK.
I am aware that you have knowledge in the subject of stairs, so I take this opportunity to ask how you think the staircase should be attached at the bottom, to the floor?
Or maybe it shouldn't be attached at all?

Why I wonder; is whether there should be substantial fastenings and therefore I need to locate my underfloor heating coils.
Drilling 4cm into the slab is a piece of cake, but going deeper makes me nervous.

Most often, one is content with attaching the stringer that is against the wall. Especially if there is underfloor heating, as it is unwise to take a chance.

OK. The vang in my case will partially run against the outer wall, partially an inner wall with 45x70mm studs, other inner walls here consist of 45x45 studs, OSB, and gypsum pbs. But for this wall against the stairs, I thought it through and chose slightly thicker studs considering that the stairs would probably appreciate a more robust wall. I can also screw-glue the boards to achieve a stiffer wall to mount against.

But thank you very much. So I lay the floor first, then just screw the stairs properly into the walls and let the floor float under the stairs.

trappen ... trappan ... ? :x
well ... what is it really called ...

How was it done before?

I can also screw and glue the boards to achieve an even more rigid wall to mount against.
Please set the studs with c/c 450 mm and max. 200 mm from the corner. That will be great! d^_^b

It's not possible anymore.
But I can add 3 more, and get c/c 300.

Then it will be even better!
Keep in mind not to finish the walls before installing the staircase.

why should you not surface treat the wall first?

The risk is quite high that you hit the wall with the stairs and have to redo the surface anyway :D
