My house is made of brick. Timber frame with brick cladding. Now I'm thinking of building a "friggebod" (small cabin), probably to be set into a slope, and one idea I have is to build it in brick to match the house. Therefore, I have tried to find information about bricks, but I can't find answers to my questions.

How do you actually build a "friggebod" in brick?
Can the same bricks be used below and above ground?
What does it cost?
How do you build it?
How do you reinforce it?
Where do you buy bricks?
Where do you find construction drawings?
Etc.

When it comes to things like concrete blocks, this information is easy to find, but for bricks, it was more difficult. Does anyone know where this information can be found?

I have never built a house with bricks, but I have bought bricks for other purposes at the local hardware store. So most hardware stores should be able to provide the material anyway.

Look on blocket. There are many selling second-hand.

Google "armera tegel"... I got lots of hits.

You put iron in the mortar between the laven.
