As it is now, the "farstukvisten" stands on 2 wooden stumps directly on the ground and I want to improve them so they are properly secured. How should I do it? A before picture before I tore down almost everything to access digging at the drainage, and a picture of how it looks now.

A lazy version that can be good is to place your stumps on a regular garden slab. This only solves rot attacks and such issues. If it needs to be anchored in the ground, then you have to do it properly and dig down pillars. How deep depends on how the soil moves. If you have soil that doesn't move at all, you don't need to dig down to frost-free depth.
