Has anyone experienced the same problem as I have with Huntons träfiberskiva? As far as I remember, it was tight between the studs and insulation when I was finished. Now it looks like the picture.

  • Wood fiber board with visible gaps between wooden studs and insulation.
The law of gravity takes its toll

Hi, I have the same problem with 45 mm Hunton, I'm going to replace them! /Peter

What does Hunton say about this?
What was the moisture content in the boards when they were installed?

If everything was according to the book, this is a half disaster if it has already been built in.

You might just need to add a bit more insulation in the gaps instead of replacing everything?

Interesting to see a response from Hunton, I haven't read the installation instructions but since it's wood, maybe it should be treated as wood and given time to adapt to its new environment before installation?

I have only used Hunton in a few floors, and they were left open for quite a while without any shrinkage being noted, but everything was stored indoors and thoroughly dry before it was installed.

Have not noticed that hunton would have shrunk here at home.
