About to start the summer construction project, expanding two rooms. The foundations, insulated concrete slab, I fixed last summer. I still haven't decided how to proceed, whether to build the walls complete (the frame) and then raise it and attach it to the foundation, OR if I should start with the sill and "build" from there. Anyone with experience in this?

nail stud after stud to the sill, nail the wall plate on top of the studs, do not notch out for the wall plate.
Once you've nailed... let's say a 3.6m wall plate, just bring out the level and plumb it, drive the prop into the ground... then you're good to go.

Start by raising the corners. Secure with 90*90 angles as well as braces.
Attach a couple of studs to each wall and then place the wall plate.

If you are building the wall on the ground and need to raise it, you will need help, otherwise, it doesn't really matter.

The advantage of building on the ground is that you can nail the studs underneath the sill.
