Hello,

Is there anyone here on the forum who has a tip on how to best repair the foundation wall? I have three areas that need to be addressed since heating pipes should be installed discreetly and neatly.

No.1 where it is notched for the pipes, it should instead be plastered and painted on that wall.

No.2 should seal an air intake vent and achieve a nice plastered wall (will relocate air intake vent).

No.3 should be plastered and then tiled for the entire bathroom.

It looks like there's some filler where the pipes go into the foundation wall in the last picture (bathroom to be tiled).

I hope I'm being clear. Does anyone have a tip on how to repair and create a nice, uniform wall?

  • Pipes entering a concrete wall with foam insulation around them, showing an area to be plastered and prepped for bathroom tiling repair.
  • Hole in a concrete block wall under a wooden ceiling, with gravel filling and space for pipes, related to wall repair and renovation project.
  • Pipes entering a wall through a plastered base, surrounded by patchy sealing material and an orange-painted surface with exposed sections.
The foundation I would repair with a leca block. Easy to plaster on. As for the filler, it's hard to see... could it be plaster?
