I have taken down an old post light that had rusted through and I would like to replace it with a new lamp. To my delight, I found a solid concrete block under the grass that the old lamp was attached to. However, I can't find a new lamp with the same center-to-center measurement on the bolts (about 177 mm), so I thought I would drill new holes. The block is >300mm in diameter and I have a rotary hammer with SDS so power is not a problem, but what kind of plugs/screws/anchors should I use?

Ideally, I would like some adjustable variant, like when you embed threaded rods and place one or two nuts under what is to be fastened so that you can level it vertically.

Threaded rod and with chemical anchor 👍
