how to frame a ceiling for 2.5x1.2m plasterboards?

going crazy soon can't decide how to frame the inner ceiling would prefer to avoid cc30 and noggings.
If I do like in picture 1, do I really need to put noggings on the short joints?
Or should you cut the boards to 2.4m and frame cc40 like in picture 2 How do you actually do it with 2.5m long boards anyone with experience?

I don't understand why it's so difficult with kortlingar... In my eyes, it doesn't matter if you have 2.4, 2.5, or 2.6 boards... I put kortlingar in free joints anyway...
You know that it's enough if you mount the board first, then place a 28X70 between the joints, then screw in with at least two screws on one board and then with two screws on the other board... You therefore DO NOT need to attach the kortlingar to anything else...
These kortlingar are meant to level the differences between two boards, not to hold the boards up...

I ALWAYS set c/c 30 in the ceiling unless otherwise specified.

Do? Pulling wires, installing brackets for spotlights, and screwing up boards? There's basically no flex in a 13mm drywall with 23 cm studs spacing, I find it very hard to see the purpose of a nogging.

Hey, I've seen when people have painted ceilings, even when they've applied painting strips, there are still outlines on the seams....
I'll see if I can find some photos of it.....

you can skip the blocking on cc300 with a clear conscience, do it at work, but sure, if you're doing it for yourself, you can take the extra 30 minutes it takes to do it, but what's more important is to bevel the short edges on the gypsum before you screw up the gypsum.
