How to fix this hole in the wall?
When building at home, you should always assume that you will need to do work in the same place again, if not you, then the next owner/user. Is it a pipe to the floor sensor or what kind of pipe is it? If, for example, it's a temperature sensor, it can break and need to be replaced. If it needs to be replaced, I wouldn't be too keen on scraping off a lot of filler and junk to access the pipes; I would prefer to unscrew a few screws, remove the panel I put up, and access the installation that way. Just a tip, but you can do as you like. However, always think about making it possible to repair/service easily when you build, so you'll gradually get an "easy-to-renovate" house that is service-friendly.

In my opinion, that is a "work hole" that has been made to access the mounting of the hoses. It's not something you normally need to access again. You pull the temp sensor out of the box.
