A window in my house (identical to the one in the picture) has been closed incorrectly and is broken...!? Now it's completely closed at the top, but there's a gap at the bottom where it hasn't closed fully. Turning the handle does nothing (feels like something has come loose inside).
It's one of those that can tilt inward with the handle turned 90 degrees and open normally at 180 degrees.
When I look at another window in the house, I see that you unscrew the handle from inside the construction with the window in the open position, which I can't do since it's stuck in the closed position!
Does anyone have any tips on how I can open and fix my window???
