It's from the building permit. One side of the extension will have a façade section. I think it weighs just over 300kg if that matters.
The extension is 15m2 with a metal roof. Nothing beyond that.
I will cast with edge elements that are 400mm high.
The width of the edge beam will be 300mm as I understand it. The question is, do you measure from the outer edge of the edge element? The upper part is beveled and covered with concrete.
I prefer to have 200 insulation under the edge beam, which results in the edge beam being 200 high.
I don't want to over-dimension if it's not necessary, but if it's not entirely certain, then the edge beam will naturally be 300 high.
