There are surely professional products regarding heavy-duty screws for concrete, but I don't know how easy it is to buy/find them.

There is also a stainless expander, which may be better for an environment exposed to moisture/wetness.

My suggestion is to attach a pressure-treated plank (as a sill) with expansion bolts directly to the slab to place the posts on, and then attach them with angle plates using anchor nails.
