How should I dress this wall with raw boards?
I have started renovating the laundry room and the plan is to install horizontal rough paneling once the existing walls are removed (even the bench seen in the picture will be removed). The question is how do I proceed here? Should I place plastic over the insulation all the way down and on top of the lekablocks? Can I nail into the lekablocks? Or should I set up more studs that go all the way down over the lekablocks and nail the rough paneling onto them?
I have previously nailed up rough paneling with hidden fastening, I assume it is easier and quicker to just screw it up. The question is how much it will show if I screw instead. It is going to be painted white.
I gratefully accept all tips and advice!

Screw hidden in the groove!tralopp said:
Much easier than nailing, as you don't need to go back with a punch and drive the nail down the last bit.
This screw is great to work with, both for walls and floors. Recommended!
