How much load can a 170x45 beam handle?

Just thinking a bit, in the original message it says that you should lift 200Kg and 400Kg with an extra block. Then the maximum load on your board would be 400Kg, not 200. The extra block just makes it a bit easier to winch up your extra 200Kg.

For those of you who have been inspired to calculate for yourselves by this thread, I would like to add that if the protruding beam is not braced, a phenomenon called buckling occurs, which drastically reduces the capacity....
As I understand it, in this case, the beam was braced by the protruding roof.
