I have just torn down the inner panel and to my great surprise, I found no insulation whatsoever in the wall.
We have already decided that when we replace the facade, we will add extra insulation with 30-35 mm boards.
Now thinking that, while the inner walls are down to the panel that the asbestos is on, we should also insulate from the inside.
But how much should we add? And what should we consider?
The house is located in Gothenburg!

It really depends on how much space you have to spare.
Insulating only 30-35 mm on the exterior of the facade sounds stingy.
Insulation on the inside is always worse because you have to make interruptions at interior walls and floor joists,
and thus create thermal bridges.
Modern houses have insulation of 300-350 mm.
So it's just a matter of measuring and calculating!
