I'm going to cast a lot of meter beams using leca u-blocks 190x190x590. What is the volume of the space in the u-shape per block?
No matter how much I google, I can't find anything. In the worst case, I'll have to fill a block with gravel or something and test, but I think there should be info somewhere. My woman would beat me black and blue if I use her measuring cup for anything other than cooking!
The reason for my question is that I'm calculating the materials that need to be purchased and don't want to have too much fine concrete left over after the job...

I measured my beams/coping stones that the space is a little more than half the width and half the height of the block, approximately..
So 12x12x60cm.
It’s better to bring home one or two extra bags (25kg!) instead of ending up with too little. A bag doesn’t cost more than 50 kronor...
Don't forget the reinforcement! ;-)

I will be casting over 100 meters and then a bit will spill. I would rather buy an extra large bag in such cases because there are some other small castings as well.

Go to a building supply store and measure, or alternatively call Finja or another supplier. Otherwise, call a serious building supply store (not bauhaus etc) and ask their professional sellers, they know. When I had questions, they were very helpful both at Finja and the building supply store.
