How much can wood screws handle

Hello,
Moderator can move this thread if it’s misplaced.

How much can a 5mmx60mm wood screw hold when fastened into plasterboard+wood panel (not into the stud)?
Are 4 wood screws sufficient for 40kg?

There are only 4 brackets included for this Ikea TV bench, and with a TV weighing about 20kg and other items on the bench, the total weight is about 30-40kg.

By wooden board do you mean OSB or plywood?

I think the furniture will break before the screws come loose...

Don't know, newly built villa, so probably OSB.
OK, so 4 wood screws should hold 40kg?
