Hello, I have just finished nailing the panel on my house and am now wondering how many vents are needed. The carpenter once mentioned to me that there should be one in each room, and although I understand the importance of ventilation (!), perhaps even more now that I've switched to new windows, it feels a bit excessive to have one in every room. Won't it cause drafts in the winter?

Thanks for the response

One wants to have supply air in the bedroom, (living room?) and exhaust air in the kitchen, bathroom.

Currently building a summer house. The walls came prefabricated. Only the interior ceiling and drywall on the walls are missing (and the kitchen and bathroom). But there are no vents. Before we discuss it with the company building it. How do vents work in modern houses?
