Need to install a new underflashing between the outer panel and a brick underneath. I was thinking of buying a single piece of underflashing, but at the hardware stores, they have lengths of a maximum of 2m. Is it possible to buy longer than that or do you have to splice?
Since you probably can't buy (and transport home) lengths that cover the entire wall,
2 meters is probably okay? One or two joints don't really bother.
You can go to a sheet metal workshop, and they will bend an underbleck in longer lengths (depending on how large their machines are). But it's not free; I had one made that was about 2.6 m and it cost over 500 kr!
