How long does it take to build a Hakiställning for a small red cottage?
Dispute the invoice. From what it looks like in the pictures, a clown built it.C Claudia Lendi said:Thank you for all the answers. Unfortunately, I encountered a real scammer in connection with a roof replacement. The quote only mentioned that the scaffolding is additional. If they didn't fetch the scaffolding from Stockholm but from the neighboring village (in Skåne), the loading wouldn't take many hours either.
Delivery of haki scaffolding: 7,500
Setup of haki scaffolding : 27,000
Scaffolding rental: 9,600
Transport costs: 4,500
In the picture, you can see our dear red cottage. You can't directly see the scaffolding, but I mean it's only on three sides.
Dispute the entire invoice. No fall protection, inadequate stairs without a handrail. What clown built this? Stand your ground. They won't get far.C Claudia Lendi said:Thank you for all the answers. I also read your other thread and you've encountered real clowns who should be exposed publicly!C Claudia Lendi said:
I bought my own Haki when I was renovating my house, and I didn't manage to sell it before I bought my next house where it was used for the roof renovation. Now, the scaffolding has been set up again at the 3rd house, and as the plans look for the future, there will probably be one last house after this, and my scaffolding has cost less than what you've been swindled out of and is enough for at least 2 rounds around your little cottage...
Wow! Does he live 6 hours away?C Claudia Lendi said:
What kind of agreement do you have?C Claudia Lendi said:
Normally, you either work with a fixed price - action X = Y currency, or a variable price - X hours at Y currency.
Variable pricing applies to actually worked hours.
In any case, the practice is to pay after the work is completed.
Here it feels like you're expected to pay for 20 hours in advance? Regardless of how long the action actually takes?
That’s a real rip-off... I believe your roofing contractor is getting a 50-70% payback on it, or another larger job they got scaffolding set up for has been billed to you, sadly.C Claudia Lendi said:Thank you for all the responses.
