Hello! After the first winter in my newly purchased house, the entrance stairs have started to deteriorate quite a bit. Is it possible to save them when they have started chipping in this way?

Can I repair them myself, or is it better to contact a mason?

  • Concrete entry steps with visible damage, including chipping and erosion on the edges, showing wear and tear possibly from winter weather.

Yes. At least you can try. It costs almost nothing.

It will probably be good, and expensive. If it's better, you probably won't find out.

How does one go about sprucing it up themselves?
