Have replaced moldings in the bathroom and behind the old molding there are these clipped small nails (brads?) in some places, see picture! I guess they are nails driven in with a nail gun.
What's the best way to remove them? I have tried hammering them in with that kind of tool you use for the "last bit" when driving in brads, without much success. I've also tried pulling them out, but they are stuck solid.
I often think they are coated with glue. Hence why they stick like glue. The result is usually as you describe. A bit difficult to drive in straight and hard to get a grip on. I don't know if an "Atle nail puller" from Hultafors could work? I've never tried.

Just sitting and looking at one of those nail pullers. Oh well, I'll have to try one, otherwise I'll drill through the nail

you will definitely get it out with an Atle. however, you risk damaging the surrounding trim to get a "grip" around it.
you will certainly be able to get it out with an Atle. However, you risk damaging the lining around it to get a "grip" on it.
Yes, I guess I'll have to buy one of those Atle it sounds like I'll probably have to expect some marks. The frame is going to be painted anyway, so I'll have to fill if there are marks
