There is a "concrete" veranda on the house with a balcony standing on it, it is in poor condition and where one of the balcony posts stands, the slab on top has cracked and sunk a few millimeters maybe, obviously I have to fix this somehow but I'm not quite sure how, one idea was to screw two sturdy beams to the side of the posts, then lift them with a jack, and then cast a new concrete slab on the veranda, but that feels like a lot of work, breaking away the old slab, somehow creating a mold that doesn't leak out all the concrete...
do you have any smoother solutions? attaching a couple of pictures of how it looks...

  • A snowy house entrance with a concrete porch and balcony above. Steps lead up to the porch with a railing. A car is parked on the left.
  • Wooden beam on a snow-covered concrete porch with visible cracks and wear, indicating structural damage.
