How do I fix a brick wall where the plaster is partially gone?
I bought an apartment where the previous owner started demolishing a wall. It is a non-load-bearing brick wall, and the owner had started chiseling off the plaster with the intention of demolishing the wall but stopped halfway. Several square meters of plaster have been removed, and some of the bricks are exposed.
Is it possible to re-plaster to restore it, or do you think I need to demolish the wall and rebuild it? I would prefer to do it myself to save some money. Do you have any tips?

There is no problem with touching up the wall again, and you can do it yourself
Check out YouTube; there are plenty of videos showing how to do it.
You don't need a brain surgeon for this, but you might need to make mistakes a few times before you get the hang of it and feel satisfied.
Remember that perfect may not always be the best. Good enough for you, where you've done it yourself, is the most satisfying.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply!! ☺️ I have never plastered a wall, but I do frost cakes like crazy, so I think I might have some use for that 😅 yes then it looks like it's going to be YouTube all weekend now! 👌J Jan_G said:There's no problem with polishing up the wall again, and you can do it yourself
