How do I easily fix a door for an old built-in wardrobe?

Hi there. I was going to repaint the doors to this built-in wardrobe (which is for storage in this case), but they broke when I had a flood. My question now is, where can you buy doors for this? Are there good solutions that someone else has done with older built-in wardrobe doors?
The doors to the upper cabinet also broke in the flood.
