Hi there!
I have a stone-paved staircase built on 'lecablock'.
I would like to install a 50mm pipe through the staircase (lecablock).
I'm considering using a hole saw... but the staircase is about 1.5m deep, is it possible to drill that deep with a hole saw?
Grateful for tips

Nice, and that's something I was thinking! But how does it work with the depth of the core drill since the hole will be quite deep? Do you drill bit by bit as deep as the core drill is, 'empty the drill', drill again, and continue until you're through?N NoOne2k said:
I'm mostly used to the core drill being deeper than the wall you're trying to drill through
Leca is so fragile
Leca is so fragile that there shouldn't be any major problem breaking the core, removing it, and continuing to drill.I Izze said:Nice, and that's something I've been thinking about!
