One more question: I have watered the cement and covered it with plastic, but it has already dried so much that it's rock hard to tap on. It actually looks really good now, but how long do you think I need to wait before attaching ledger boards with nail plugs?

Thank you! Just hit the studs with nail plugs again and it went perfectly
Unfortunately, it probably didn't get smooth enough where the floor/threshold is supposed to be, but that will be a problem for a little later. Still have quite a bit left before the floor goes on
