Hello I am in the process of building an extension of about 60 square meters, this extension will be clad with facade brick (wooden structure inside)
I know how to construct the wall, but I started to wonder how the bricks will stay in place
I will build with a crawl space and thus have a visible plinth under the house, the facade brick should align with the remaining facade brick on the main building, what/how should I use to support the brick?
Should I leave a section of the foundation wall free so that the bricks can be supported on it?
I have seen some examples where they have some kind of stainless steel track running around the house supporting the facade bricks... But this doesn't feel particularly correct...
Grateful for answers
