How can I hide these? Corner moldings? Any tape before painting? The wall itself consists of renovation wallpaper. Everything will be painted with three coats of matte white paint.

Spackle and sand so you round the edges a bit, that's what I would have done.

Skim coat or just tidy up the corners? The problem is getting it to look nice.

Add an angled corner list, apply filler, sand, and paint.

Shouldn't it be enough with an untreated corner strip that I then just paint over?

If you just put up a molding and paint, you'll see the edges of the molding. If you want it to look nice, you need to putty and sand.

Yes, that's true. It might not look very good.

Cut away all the grout in the corners... there was a significant excess in some spots. After that, I filled it in with putty. I tried to round off the outer corners. It will be interesting to sand tomorrow...

I'll follow up with pictures, there's always someone interested...:)
