I have bought a charming townhouse (corner lot) built in 1991, it is in a slope design. I have asked around and got all sorts of answers, like a wall with metal studs is not load-bearing. Thicker than 90 mm, then it's load-bearing; in a townhouse, all walls are load-bearing, etc...

I want to open up the upstairs (entry-level) between what is a half bedroom and the living room. The wall in question runs parallel with the ceiling joists and is made of metal studs and single drywall. How that wall could be load-bearing is beyond my understanding, but you have to ask because otherwise, you won't learn.

The wall on the lower floor is not in line with the one upstairs (the one I want to tear down). I would be grateful if someone knowledgeable could tell me if it is load-bearing or how I should go about determining this. Are load-bearing walls marked in a special way in the drawings???

Are there no drawings of the house!
The drawings should indicate which walls are load-bearing.
 
If it is built with lättreglar, it is not load-bearing; however, it should be load-bearing if it is built with förstärkningsreglar.
