What am I doing wrong when I get this result?

I let the pulley work all the way to the end of the plate. A montolitkap is used.

It happens sometimes, it might have to do with burning etc.

It is for precisely this reason that I cut EVERYTHING when I lay tiles. That way, the cut is always exactly where I want it.
