Hello,
I'm considering using leftover glulam to build a small staircase with 3 steps. However, I'm having trouble deciding and calculating how to proceed, grateful for any help!!

The glulam dimensions are 315x65
The total rise height of the staircase is 470
I'm thinking of 3 steps.
I'm considering providing a drawing to someone who can weld something together where I can then place and screw the glulam.

Very grateful for help!!

Glulam is perfect for stair manufacturing. If you have plenty of it in that dimension, you can use it for both stringers and treads. A 470 mm high staircase with three steps should have a rise of 157 mm and a tread depth between 286 and 316 mm if you follow the so-called stair formula.
