Hi,

I found this insulation in a garage and I'm wondering what kind of product it is. It seems to be some form of glass/mineral wool with a slightly harder white surface layer. Does anyone know or can find a similar product?

I am going to insulate a concrete wall myself, externally, but against a protected space (i.e., no risk of sun/rain). The alternative I have is foam plastic, and that can probably work, but I think this is nicer since it is non-combustible and looks a bit nicer.

Common mineral wool insulation with an adhered fabric and spray-painted. Available in many thicknesses and not suitable for outdoor use. The presence of a grid is due to its sensitivity to damage, holes can form in the fabric.

Yes, but do you have an example of who manufactures the product? Didn't find anything when I searched (though not very much)... it seems to be a finished (even painted from the factory) product.

Certainly looks like a ceiling tile for suspended ceilings.

Edit: parafon is a similar tile

Ceiling companies have its products

Looks like an industrial panel for noise. Like echophon modus with distribution in white or natural. Such panels are usually mounted with these plastic plugs.
