We are renovating the entire house before we move in, so when I was laying new insulation in the beam structure, I noticed there was some "weird" dust there. Then I continued to tear and vacuum the dust and suddenly! I was outside the house through a big hole. Which hadn't been visible from the outside...
Oh, that's not fun. Damn! It always turns out to be much more work than you think it will be.
