Running around as an electrician on construction sites, and those walls that they cast, they set up in an hour, measured and cast. Now we're talking about guys who work with this daily. They have equipment in terms of vibrators and real sturdy molds that can withstand the immense pressure that the concrete creates before it sets. Concrete is extremely hot! On a cold winter day when the mold is removed, the concrete is so warm that you can melt your gloves on it. Sleeves that fix the mold so it doesn't bend are quite strong 4-5cm threaded rods that hold it all together.

How much do you think a mold weighs, or even more so, the future wall?
There are countless types of concrete. Different concrete becomes differently smooth, and how do you even plan to separate the mold from the cast wall?

How have you planned for reinforcement and, for example, outlets and windows and doors? You can't just run out to a regular store and buy those.

Have you really thought it through? Are you going to run with two buckets and fill the mold when the concrete truck arrives or will you stand with a worn-out wheelbarrow and cast a little when you have time? If you're going to have a pump truck, you might as well order ready-made blocks and have a wheel loader, excavator, or the only real solution, a crane to place the blocks in position.

Casting vertically is probably not an option for amateurs. However, horizontal casting can be handled by anyone with a bit of experience in concrete work. You reinforce and cast layer by layer, connecting the layers with different "anchors," which is exactly the same production method as in a concrete factory. The only difference is that you do it on-site, at the construction site. A concrete factory charges at least 2000 SEK/sqm for finished elements, but if you do it yourself on-site, you can manage for 700-800 SEK/sqm.

The weight is about 0.5 tons per square meter of finished wall module, with the layer thicknesses I mentioned in the previous post, which are suitable for small houses. In practice, it's possible to handle up to about 50 sqm, that is, 25 tons at maximum. But then you have, for example, an entire gable for a small house in one piece. I think it's best to ignore laying comprehensive conduit in the walls for electricity, etc., as it becomes troublesome to fit together and assemble when you need to pass wall joints and possibly corners. It's better to plan for conduit to exist either in the floor slab or in the ceiling.

To lay thorough ducting in the walls for electricity etc., I think it's best to skip it, it just becomes troublesome to get it to fit together and to assemble when you have to go past wall joints and possibly corners. it becomes more expensive to start manufacturing concrete elements yourself when you are a carpenter, as a private person you would profit from it
 
Fully possible. I read about a guy in our eastern neighboring country who built a machine hall this way. It was mentioned on Maskinisten.net. The person in question had the same post on Byggahus, but the response was absent, which is why I believe he only made one post. I recall that he, among other things, used a truck bed.

of course, you save on that as a private individual. but when sowing and producing for several houses, it becomes cheaper to manufacture in a factory
 
Currently building a concrete house, made with sandwich walls, which we have ordered since they require significant labor, but the roof is also made of concrete to achieve a cool indoor climate. We have built both the house and garage in this way. In the future, we hope for a house that requires little maintenance and very low heating costs.
 
As someone mentioned earlier, the tilt-up method is probably the one you should choose.

A tip is to look at EPS concrete, which can also be cast vertically since it weighs less.
You can probably rent a form for this.
