I'm wondering if anyone knows what hårdgips is and if it's good. It's intended to be used for interior walls.

Thanks for the link. Does it work better than regular plasterboard if you want to, like, drill/hang something on the wall? In other words, is it something worth investing in compared to regular plasterboard?

If you want to hang "heavier" things, it's OSB/particle board that you should use behind the drywall.....

I used hard gypsum on all the interior walls, it's heavier and more challenging to work with, but it withstands impacts better. Knauf's hard gypsum board 2600x1200 weighs 35.4kg compared to Gyproc's normal 2600x1200 which weighs 28kg... With a gypsum board anchor, you can hang items weighing up to 50kg on hard gypsum boards according to the tests, it sounds heavy even to me, but all normal pictures can be hung without any problem...

I should probably add that "just to be safe" I used plyfa under the hard plasterboards in the living room, but the soundproofing also played a role in the context... :o
