Hard, durable, cheap and thin plastic?
I need to screw two things together. Let me show you roughly what I mean:

I need to screw on the red thing. Alternatively, I could glue it, but I prefer it to be as solid as a rock.
Anyway, it was a poor description in the picture... but it's important to be able to screw it on.

Okay. I think I will prefer screws since the table has a slightly different construction. But you don't know of a material that meets all my requirements or at least the most important ones, cheap, about 1 cm thickness, can also be found in thicker sizes, plastic, can be screwed into without it cracking. Honestly, I think I will solve it so it doesn't break if there's a bit too much weight on it with the right placement of the legs.
I understand this may sound like somewhat strange questions but it's not a regular table with 4 legs directly.
Thank you for your help so far.

As long as you don't describe more of what you are trying to make, you can only get sporadic ideas.
Just something like you say you're going to screw... Do you mean for example with or without a nut, why doesn't gluing work?
What loads from the top and the side, how are you thinking about the legs, and so on and so forth...
If you're going to build something unusual, you have to consider the entire construction both in terms of strength and appearance.

I understand. But I am building a table made for one person, not more. As I said, I'm looking for plastic material that can meet my needs, i.e., you should be able to screw into it, and it should be cheap and reasonably thin.
You mentioned earlier that the sheet might crack if it's bent too much, so I need a harder plastic because I don't want it to be too flexible. Admittedly, it's my fault if I bend it too much, and I don't think that will happen.
Thankful for your response.
