What would you use to make it neat between tiles and regular painted walls behind a stove?

The tiles are cut nicely against the walls, so only something small is needed to make it look good. If you suggest grout, I'm wondering what kind can withstand relatively high heat?

Dark floor tiles neatly cut against painted wall near a corner with exposed pipes, possibly near a future fireplace installation.

It's not warm down there. Use any sealant/silicone.

Down there at floor level, it really doesn't get very warm, so I think regular grout will work.

Echo... :-)

You're probably right, I need to find a suitable building sealant (I think silicone is out of place in a living room). Thanks for the advice.
