Groundwater leaks into the machine box for the pool
That's what's so difficult to determine. The effort to dig a new drainage pipe/PE pipe versus moving all the equipment up. From the box to the drainage well, it might be 10m. And the deck needs to be removed, and then dig a trench about 1.5 meters deep. Damn. But on the other hand, removing all the equipment and building a new machine room above isn't done in a heartbeat either… But maybe more enjoyable work. But more expensive. The easiest would have been if the box could be sealed. With fiberglass, metal, or something else.
It's probably a utopia to get a box in place tightly, moving everything up has its downside too, maybe you have frost-free conditions in the pit now, but if you lift things up you'll likely have a 100% freezing risk and will have to remove a lot for the winter.
Not a fun job as any threads and connections will certainly get damaged
You'll probably have to choose between plague and cholera, PEM hose from the pit to the drainage well is best, as it can be easily cleaned and doesn't clog from the outside

Hmm, tough situation.... I built something similar a few years ago for my pool but it was a machine room for a JetSwim. You might get some inspiration here: https://www.poolforum.se/forum/index.php?topic=11672.0;all
