Good cell plastic Grey Premium 100 EPS,

Hello!

I've torn up all the flooring in the house, and we are going to lay floating floors with insulation boards 50-60mm; the insulation boards can be a maximum of this thickness. We already have low ceiling height.

I've checked out Grey Premium 100 EPS, and it seems to be very good and among the better options. Does it work to have this insulation board under chipboards?

Is it slab on ground or joists?

we were thinking of putting them on the slab

It should work, but it feels like a bit overkill. I would probably just use regular s80 or maybe s100.
